Robert Emberley (46) comes to Northfield from Dublin, NH with his wife (Wendy) and their five children (Bobby, 19; Rachel, 18; Ben, 14; David, 10; and Joel, 8). Pastor Emberley was ordained for ministry by the Fellowship Bible Church of Methuen, MA in 1989. In Dublin, he served at the Mountain View Bible Church as associate pastor from 1992-1994 and as senior pastor from 1994-2008. While in Dublin, he also ministered to the students of Dublin Christian Academy as campus pastor.

Pastor Bob describes CBC as a place where the Bible is taught with clarity and relevance. “Our goal as a church is to learn what God has declared about Himself and about life and to live out these truths with all our might.”

In addition to serving as CBC’s new pastor, Emberley is a part time tutor at Fuller Elementary School in Keene, NH. He, also, enjoys running and is now training to run his second half-marathon in Hartford, CT this coming October.

It is our desire to live up to our first name, “community,” and be a blessing to the people of Northfield and surrounding towns.
